I am not celiac, my son is, however we eat Gluten Free as well. The entire menu is made of grilled meats, pickled vegetables, hummus, rice, and potatoes. The only wheat containing products, baklava, are kept in a separate bakery case. From what I can tell, the only thing fried are the potatoes. The potatoes have garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt on them.
