Being a super sensitive celiac, I would normally never trust a restaurant that didn't have a dedicated kitchen space. However, Jay is super knowledgeable about my allergies and I have gotten takeout on 5 separate occasions in the past 3 weeks of quarantine and I have never felt poorly even once. I feel safe ordering here and will continue to do so! I just tell them I'm gluten free and I'm good to go. The items that are marked gluten free are always gluten free. Also their pad kee mao is AMAZING! They can make it mild for people who don't like spice, but they'll also tailor the heat to your preference if you like it blazing hot like I do!
