No GF menu but there are salads which show the allergens. Dressings are added separately.

Cheeseburger made in back by manager. Was good and I’m sensitive and no reaction!

If you want anything gluten free ask for the fries.

Nothing was labeled but I asked what was available. They made a GF cheeseburger (which took about 20 minutes.) They made sure to changes gloves and they said the fries were a dedicated fryer. Our food was good but expensive due to being a captive audience.

We came based on reviews that there were gluten free items. We had no such luck. They had salad, chips, fruit, and French fries (they claimed separate fryer, too early too tell if sick). No gluten free buns, or anything else listed in earlier reviews. Menu must have changed.

Not celiac friendly, don’t change gloves.

After an absolutely horrendous experience at the Orbit Cafe yesterday, this was such a different and reassuring meal! Clearly marked prepackaged items, GF alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, salads with dressings, giant and reasonably-priced fresh fruit bowls. Desserts and chips. See pics. This experience restored my faith in the ability of KSC to accommodate Celiacs.

Many items are labeled with allergens right on the tag. A worker overheard me looking for GF and offered an allergy menu/book that listed all of their options. I had a huge pulled pork sandwich with fries, on a GF bun with bbq sauce. It was delicious. Cost about $8 with fries. They also had salads, hamburgers, and many other options. Just ask a worker for the GF menu. She also went in the back to prepare it instead of getting it from the same place as all the others were being served, so no cross contamination issues that I’m aware of. I’m celiac and didn’t have any issue at all. — Just to be clear, this cafe is at the Apollo Saturn 5 Center.
Gluten free fries. Not sure about other items as I didn’t ask. Salads too, dressings available on the side.

My family is gluten sensitive and were happily surprised to find this Cafe had dedicated fryer for gluten free fries and gluten free buns. And not the dried out ones either. Fries were great and their burgers are delicious. Made a fantastic experience even better. (Expect to pay a little more, about $13 for a burger/fry combo, but this museum is privately run, receiving no tax money to operate. So the extra cost goes into the operation of this history filled museum.)
