I’ve been here 3 times and every time it was amazing. They don’t label what is gluten free on the menu, but each time I went I asked the staff and they underlined every gluten free option, and many rolls can be made gluten free just by omitting the tempura. They don’t offer gluten free soy sauce but they don’t question it when we bring our own. Some of their salads (including the seaweed) and the miso soup are also gluten free. I feel very safe here (the chef was the one who let us know what he could make gluten free, and I’ve even heard our waiter verify with the chef that our food was gluten free). The food is delicious and there is a decent amount of gluten free rolls. They even give ice cream with the meal and it is Chapman’s gluten free. It’s a good price for all you can eat and I definitely will come again!
