Didn’t even know onion rings covered in batter are not gf. Asked me if I could have flour… Watched them cook regular buns and make my burger on the same stove with the same spatula. Didn’t even eat it and gave my burger to a friend.

I’ve ordered here multiple times after finding them on UberEats. I’ve been good every time. Also they give soooooo many French fries so hopefully you are hungry. I’ve done the GF bun and lettuce wrapped options and prefer the bun here.

They recently changed the buns to Udi’s, I hope they reconsider. The udi’s bun is so big and yucky.
Burgers were great and the online ordering app was easy to use. The whole family was happy with the food, which is hard to do with our big crew!

A gluten free menu does exist, and most of the burgers can be made gluten free. They do not call themselves a gluten free establishment, and they do warn that cross-contamination can happen, but to let them know ahead of time. I ordered a plain bacon burger with a gluten free bun - it was soft and delicious!

Staff was knowledgeable, and it was the best GF burger I’ve ever eaten- hands down! I’ve been twice, and both times were amazing! The fries are not GF, but the queso is. Bring your own chips:) * Every time I have gone they advise me the fries are NOT GF. I get a side of queso and bring tortilla chips from home. Please asks questions when you visit- they are very accommodating. Have your GF bun toasted only on the grill- no butter. You also have the option of literally watching them make your food.
Yes
I walked in and asked the workers there if they offered gluten free sweet potato fries. He told me yes they do. I asked him again if he was sure. He decided to go back to the kitchen and "double check." He came back out telling me they were gluten free. When the fries came out and I began eating them, they almost tasted too good to be true. They seemed coated in something. I decided to get online and do some searching to try and find out if their fries were actually gluten free. After digging around online I found out on their website that they are not gluten free sweet potato fries. Don't trust the workers here on their word for knowing the ingredients even after double checking with the kitchen.
Great gluten free buns. Fries are fried with chicken fingers, so I skipped those.
Yes
I ordered DoorDash and I ordered the burger wrapped in lettuce but instead I got a regular bun. This is the first time this has happened and I am very annoyed. Btw I don’t have celiac I have a gluten intolerance. But I was still very annoyed especially since I paid a good price for it

Newly diagnosed with celiac disease (3-4 months). I was in Abilene for a quick day trip and looking for a place to eat. Usually Five Guys is my go-to if I don’t have a packed lunch. Abilene doesn’t have one. I saw online that they had a gluten free bun on the menu. Prior to going I called and asked to speak with a manager to ask about gluten free options. She was very knowledgeable and had all of the answers. She informed me that their beef and buns were cooked on separate grills. She also said they wrap the gluten free buns in foil before warming them on the grill, so that are not cross contaminated. She also informed me that they do not have a separate fryer so that their fried WOULD have cross contamination with the other items that they deep fry, so I should not order them.
Overall the beef was good and the gluten free bun was not bad! Much better than some I have tried.
I would recommend this place as long as you let them know about your condition.

Had just a bacon cheeseburger with no bun because I didn’t want to pay extra for a GF roll. The thin bad tasting burger was covered in rock hard overdone bacon. I was upset that I didn’t just go to Jersey Mike’s across the parking lot. It definitely wasn’t worth the inflated pricing.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time. The bun was delicious and didn’t fall apart. The staff was very good. Two hamburgers, two drinks, and one fry cost $35.00 which included $2.80 for the bun. I did not feel sick at all.

I ordered fries and a gluten-free burger. The restaurant assured me they had a dedicated fryer for gluten-free items. However, when my food arrived, they placed my fries on the same tray as someone else's order, which included a regular bun with gluten.
I noticed the mistake right away because of the bun and questioned it. Despite this, they simply moved the fries to my tray, even though they had come into contact with the gluten bun. I explained the risk of cross-contamination and that I couldn't eat the fries.
Unfortunately, I still got sick from the burger, which suggests a disregard for proper food safety protocols. In the end, I paid for fries I couldn't eat and got sick from the meal anyway.
