The staff was super friendly, they will change their gloves and knowledgeable about what is GF. The only issue here is cross contamination with condiments (if they were making a non GF burger and had too many pickles and put some back then the whole container of pickles are now contaminated). I hate having to be this picky but they were super friendly and very honest. Safe for someone that does not react to cross contamination for sure due to their measures they take but if you react to any small CC not safe. Again- super friendly staff (everyone).
Fantastic service and caring for customers with Celiac! Delicious food & best of all safe!!

This was our second visit to the chain but first at this location. The manager was super friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions with clear explanations. He was not the least bit annoyed with my excessive questions. He even let me know the plain flavored shakes are GF and no chance of CC. My 10 year old had her first chocolate shake! Best of all she did not get sick from that nor the burger on a GF bun. She is super sensitive to cross contamination. She had fries as well. They have a dedicated fryer and brought them on their own tray separately from mine and my son's burgers on wheat buns.

Friendly staff, and food is good, but they gave me a regular bun by mistake. Had to get the burger re-done with a lettuce wrap, since they were out of gluten green buns. Fortunately, I’m non-celiac, but I would recommend caution to those who are.

Delicious! They offer gluten free buns! They toast on the grill but they place the bun on aluminum foil (not directly on the grill surface). Staff is very friendly too.
Yes
Dedicated fryer for housecut fries. Burger delicious. Would be 5 stars if they would offer gluten free bun, but they do offer lettuce wrap. Buns are toasted on dedicated griddle, away from burgers. Manager was very accommodating.

I ordered fries and a gluten-free burger. The restaurant assured me they had a dedicated fryer for gluten-free items. However, when my food arrived, they placed my fries on the same tray as someone else's order, which included a regular bun with gluten.
I noticed the mistake right away because of the bun and questioned it. Despite this, they simply moved the fries to my tray, even though they had come into contact with the gluten bun. I explained the risk of cross-contamination and that I couldn't eat the fries.
Unfortunately, I still got sick from the burger, which suggests a disregard for proper food safety protocols. In the end, I paid for fries I couldn't eat and got sick from the meal anyway.

Me (gluten and dairy free) and my mom’s (gluten free) favorite burger place is this one. Their gluten free buns are like no other gluten free buns we’ve tried. The fries they do are only well done so take that into consideration if you don’t like that type of fry(s). They have many gluten free options but is a not gluten free restaurant at heart so people with celiac be careful. They use the same grills for burgers and buns (the fries are gluten free).

Delicious burgers and sweet potato fries. The “ice burgers” on lettuce were great and the GF buns were delicious. They ask if it’s an allergy or preference. They have a full GF menu available online. There are GF shakes too. Service was great especially since it’s a fast food joint. They came to our table to see if we needed anything and helped clear the trays when we were finished. Highly recommend this place!

They only thing in this place that is gluten free is the bun. The burgers have gluten in them . So they have NO menu for gluten free.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The guy on the order station didn't know they had an allergen sheet. He did offer to check with the manager who confirmed they didn't have any information about allergens available. Silly me, going ahead and ordering a turkey burger on a gluten free bun. It didn't taste great, i spent the rest of the night with an unhappy gut and scolded myself that just going to the grocery store when traveling is really easy and safe. Go to the Publix next door and save yourself the pain.
