I had super high hopes for this place.
I ordered two burgers with gluten free buns via Ubereats and unfortunately I took a bite only to find that both of our gf buns had MOLD on them!
I was super disturbed and instantly wanted to throw up. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager about my experience and to explain that the buns were moldy- before even mentioning that the buns were gluten free, he asked me if they were gluten free as if this is may be a common occurrence?! They were unable to process a refund for me nor did they offer anything else for this inconvenience. Not sure how they store their gluten free buns but it caused enough concern that I’m worried to go back…
If you are going to try it..
pay close to attention to MOLD!!!
Most of the time they’re ok. I think I got contaminated the last time a got a delivery order but it wasn’t a significant amount.
Love this place! Very tasty food and I didn't feel sick after eating here.
*UPDATE* have continually had good experiences here.
While I have not had a bad experience at this location, was assured the sweet potato fries did not contain gluten ingredients, but online it says that they do(website nutrition info) so steer clear of those. Otherwise the regular fries and gluten free buns are good.
Was first customer of the day. Ordered gluten free bun, verified that they used a dedicated fryer ordered sweet potato fries with a mushroom Swiss burger. The staff is friendly but untrained. They brought potato fries by mistake and after eating half the burger I asked what the fried onion rings were breaded with and they said flour. I paid $12.74 to get sick. I even commented to them that the other chains that advertise gluten free have made me sick. I was looking forward to a safe fast food burger. WRONGGGGG!
GF buns, allergen list online for every item, separate fry fryer.
Surprised no one has commented here yet. They have gluten free buns. Lettuce wrapped. Low carb. Keto friendly. Fries, potato chips and sweet potato fries in a dedicated fryer. Love this place before being Celiac and even more so now.
Edit 3/2025. They have chicken strips now so fries no longer good to eat.
