I went once. Fries are cooked in separate fryer, however per the manager the oil is filtered with the same oil that goes in the regular fryer. Kind of defeats the purpose of having separate fryers. The burger was under cooked and had kind of an odd taste, like maybe it was starting to turn.

Told cashier taking order I was celiac; cue clueless stare. Explained I cannot have wheat. Ordered a double burger with GRILLED ONIONS and BACON on a GLUTEN FREE BUN. Walked away and saw he put onion strings instead of grilled, heavy sigh. Told person running the line as well as cashier, they were so annoyed with me!! Had to stand for 25 minutes watching and didn’t get the bacon, but got the gluten free bun. They are a very poorly run overpriced copy of five guys. Don’t bother if you’re celiac

I wanted to love this place for my celiac son. They have designated fryers for the fries, but I watched a staff member pick up the basket for the chicken fryer and place it right on top of the fry fryer. When I addressed cross contamination with the manager he acted like I was crazy. Not worth the risk!

They offer gluten free buns but did not take any caution to make sure there was no cross contamination. They said their fries are gluten free but they are cooked in a shared fryer. Same with their shakes, the vanilla is safe but anything mixed in they use shared equipment. Food was mediocre.

Food is good, service was great! Ordered the paleo burger. Asked if I could have fries. They said that 2 out of their 3 fryers were NOT used for chicken tenders. Ate both burger and fries. Did not get sick. Definitely worth checking out.

Food was REALLY GOOD! The girl that took my order was very patient with my questions. They have a gluten free bun :) it’s really good but just kinda crumbly. I think they fry their regular fries in the same oil as the sweet potato fries but I didn’t get sick. Didn’t notice that they have an allergen menu online until after I left. Wish I would’ve see it cause I skipped on the sauces. It says all the sauces are gluten free.

They may have been celiac friendly a year ago, but not any more. I am on day 6 of being "glutened" after ordering a burger which must have been cross contaminated with enough crumbs to cause my symptoms. The previous time we ordered, they put my gluten free burger underneath my husband's regular burger in the bag. I do not thing the staff is being trained on what "I have an allergy" means, which is a shame because I enjoy(ed) their burgers.

Great food. Good bun! They used new gloves and a mask. 5 GF orders and no issues. Had the fries too. No issues.

My kids wanted to give this 10 stars 🥰

Small establishment. Outside and inside eating. Reminds me of a Five Guys, but better.

I called ahead and this place told me they had precautions. I saw how they prepared my burger and I saw cross contamination because they touched a burger bun.

There’s gluten free but not for celiacs.

Don’t eat here if you have celiacs they’re not careful about cross contamination.

I am not attacking the franchise just warning people it'd definitely not celiac friendly. It may be fine for lightly sensitive people to try but it's not worth it if you have celiac.

Otherwise the franchise was very nice and tried to be very accommodating.

We were told they have a dedicated fryer for their fries.

Our daughter got a kids meal with a gluten free hamburger bun & french fries from a dedicated fryer and she loved her meal & had no problems afterwards!

We did not have the option to dine in the restaurant since all of the restaurants are closed right now except for to go, but when we called, the manager was very friendly & walked us through our options & he seemed very knowledgeable. We definitely felt comfortable eating here for the first time since going gluten free & we will be going back!

Food was great! Gluten free bun was one of the best I've had. It was a bit busy so I couldn't ask to confirm, but I could see multiple grills and fryers. I think they may have dedicated space for GF - best to double check based on personal sensitivity, though. Lettuce wraps also available for dairy free. Veggie patties for veg. Nice variety for everyone!

The staff was super friendly, they will change their gloves and knowledgeable about what is GF. The only issue here is cross contamination with condiments (if they were making a non GF burger and had too many pickles and put some back then the whole container of pickles are now contaminated). I hate having to be this picky but they were super friendly and very honest. Safe for someone that does not react to cross contamination for sure due to their measures they take but if you react to any small CC not safe. Again- super friendly staff (everyone).

Impressed with the gluten free bun. Even had them pull out the box! Certified Gluten free and by far the best bun I’ve ever had. They changed gloves. Meat is cooked on separate grill from bread. I love their gluten free hamburger bun - much better than others I’ve had! I was told that their fries are not gluten free because they have a shared filtration system for all their oil. Recently they started only making vanilla shakes for anyone with a gluten allergy due to cross contamination concerns. While that’s sad for me, I’m glad they’re cautious and can still make a safe vanilla shake!

I was really excited to be able to get a burger with a gluten free bun. I asked the person on register what proteins were gluten free and she didn’t know. She asked the manager and he said the only gluten free item is the bun. I was disappointed. Not safe for celiac, everything has a potential for cross contamination. It could have been a good experience but it wasn’t:(

We ordered burgers and fries for our kids, who have Celiac Disease. At the counter, we were told that the sweet potato fries are cooked in the same fryer at the nuggets, so they would not be safe. She said that the regular fries are in a dedicated fryer, so they would be safe. When our order came up, the cook asked if we had an allergy. I said yes, and he told me they he could not guarantee that the regular fries were safe. He said something about the filter for the fryers being the same. So, my kids only ate their burgers. They were pretty good, but they were bummed about the fries.

Staff are a bunch of teenagers. I explained I have a gluten allergy and asked about the fries. Didn’t eat there - didn’t want the risk

Staff was knowledgeable, and it was the best GF burger I’ve ever eaten- hands down! I’ve been twice, and both times were amazing! The fries are not GF, but the queso is. Bring your own chips:) * Every time I have gone they advise me the fries are NOT GF. I get a side of queso and bring tortilla chips from home. Please asks questions when you visit- they are very accommodating. Have your GF bun toasted only on the grill- no butter. You also have the option of literally watching them make your food.

Soft, different, good GF bun with sesame & poppy seeds. However, no Gf sides. Only side item available are hand cut fries (good) or sweet potato fries which are not fried in a dedicated frier. There’s a salad that’s GF without fried onion straws. The 1/4 lb burger patty was tiny and thin - suggest ordering a 1/2 lb. Food was rather tasty and regular non-GF potato buns were also good but too much for the tiny thin patty. Atmosphere is nothing special. My peeps didn’t get sick eating here but I also wouldn’t recommend if you’re very sensitive.

Soooo not safe for celiacs - they have high turnover of staff w high school and college kids. They told me that they keep the grill not enough that it burns off the gluten 🤦🏼‍♀. Yes they have a gf bun - but if you're Celiac don't chance it. They also use the same machine for malt and reg milkshakes so don't chance that either.

Go next door to Dog Lane Cafe if you want a safe gluten free burger. Tell them you're Celiac and they'll prepare in the separate area
