I love mo’s joint. The owner, Mo is very knowledgeable about celiac and garantes your order is gluten free. They cook their gf fries separate. Prepare their gf burger separately. I was told he uses Schar bread bun so you know it tastes and they use to also serve bread with toast.

Mos joint has a dedicated section for gluten free food. GF menu is provided. It includes burgers, chips and a hot dog + coleslaw, jalapeño... They use the typical Schar GF bun for the burgers. Schar bun is tricky for it can be soft and sometimes hard. I would advise to get buns from (bakemart gourmet gluten free)-> they now provide buns and other things in Carrefors around AbuDhabi (yas mall for example). I would also suggest to up the level by getting different GF sauces than ketchup and mayo. Curiosity cola is gluten free.. Overall thanks alot for Chef Mo for doing such a great thing for the gluten free community
