Same story... the staff wasn't knowledgeable. Too scary for me to eat there. Absolutely not celiac friendly!

Staff is untrained and extremely uninformed about food. We waited over an hour four our table, then found out they have no gluten free foods on their menu. I do not recommend.

The nasty Burger King of seafood. Quality and freshness is horrid. Hardly any options. Not safe. Rude waiters unwilling to help. Prices are okay.
Fun location on the water. Usually packed and loud.

So very sad to discover that Mo's no longer serves stuffed avacado. The burger is supposed to come with fries but they don't have a designated fryer so we have the privilege of paying full price for a burger patty with no bun or fries. at least offer a discount to those of us who can't eat what is supposed to come with it!
blackened halibut was good, bouillabaisse was good, grilled shrimp good, no gluten free potatoes... really?
Yuck, cattle call type dinning. Had the fish tacos. ughhhh, should have trusted the other reviews. Wish we would have ate at the rental.
They have a gluten free menu. I found plenty of things to eat. I had the boulliabaise. No adverse reactions.
No gf clam chowder oft fish and chips, but the bay shrimp Louie is good. Lots of fresh shrimp. Waitress knowledgable about gf and told me which dressings I could have. Not the house dressing! Service was great!

I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time. Another night of watching my family eat and then heading out starving looking for my emergency peanut butter. While our waitress was GF knowledgeable she was no where to be found. After waiting 20 min for the drinks we ordered and listening to the staff all stop what they were doing to go sing we were about to walk out. Waitress showed up with drinks. Very limited options. Chowder is not GF and have no bread options for other things. I ordered the Shrimp skewers which came out with steamed veggies--including unsuspectingly mushrooms which I'm deathly allergic too. The waitress was kind enough to get me another side of something- only other option was the cup of chili. The cabbage salad that also came with was not as expected. Major disappointment. Ps how hard is it to make chowder GF?!? My grandma's was amazing and always GF.

Bouillabaisse or a shrimp salad filled avocado are pretty much your only choices. No gluten free bread options at all despite my filling out the comment card every time I come here because my family loves the place. I'm sick of having only these choices although the avocado/shrimp is pretty good Sometimes I crave a sandwich or burger and they are so busy I can't figure out why they can't accommodate more GF options.
Only moderate knowledge of gluten free here. Ordered the shrimp skewers to be made gluten free and asked for a rice side. Was not served the side of bread that normally came with it but the rice was rice pilaf with orzo mixed in. When I clarified that with the server, she did bring steamed veggies instead. Underwhelmed.
The menu is not very big. I had the shrimp skewer dinner. The shrimp was good. The salad that came with it was just cabbage with a ton of dressing. The steamed vegetable were undercooked and very gross. Not impressed at all.

Visited Lincoln City with my family and my father insisted we dine here. I was happy to find they had a gluten free menu. I ordered the Bouillabaisse which was quite tasty. My only complaint was that the server seemed to be completely clueless about gluten free needs. He kept asking me if I wanted the garlic bread that normally comes with it! I had to keep reminding him that I was ordering from the gluten free menu and to please make the kitchen aware. I doubt he did, but I didn't have any issues.
Already recommended this one but see they have locations in Newport and in Otter Rock Oregon. Here is the link to the "No-Mo Gluten" free menu http://www.moschowder.com/menus/No-Mo%20Gluten%20Menu%20printable%202013_1.pdf
I was scared to eat here because of the old reviews but we chanced it and it was good. I had the Fish tacos and my son had the grilled salmon. It was tasty and we did not get sick. They assured us that it would be safe and apparently it was.

Wasn’t expecting much but needed to feed the kids quickly. I got grilled fish tacos, had to send them back because the kitchen sent breaded, but they corrected it and they were fine. No reaction. Flavor and quality were meh, and my family who can eat gluten also said the same. But glad they were there in a pinch.

The gluten free menu was somewhat limited.... fries are not gf. my order was fine but a gluten item my friend ordered had mold on the sandwich which worsened the experience, although they did give it for free in the end.
Great food! I ordered the salmon with potatoes and a side salad. It was delicious. The GF menu was more of a point out, but had a lot of options. The fries are NOT GF and the grilled fish must be specified to be GF or else it will get a dusting of flour before grilling...so definitely be aware. But I will definitely go back!
