I’ve been here a couple times and had good experiences both times!
My waitress was very friendly and willing to go back and forth to ask the kitchen questions for me. They even took the liberty of cooking my table’s calamari appetizer without the breading so I could have some too! I thought that was sweet of them. I used to LOVE calamari and miss having it!
The table side salad was great too! My waitress started with me so there would be no contamination and double checked if any of the dressings had gluten.

I had a great experience this week at Mountain Jack’s. I am so glad I gave them a chance even after reading older reviews. My server was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and took appropriate precautions. Menu items that are GF or available available GF were marked and there were a good number of options! Not just steak but salmon and chicken too. I had the filet mignon with veggies and mashed potatoes and did not get sick - and it was delicious! The tableside salad was great too, and our server started with me so the tongs would not be contaminated from the croutons. I would dine here again when I am back in town.

Ate here Easter 2015 (April). They do have a gluten free menu but if you are celiac - wouldn't recommend it. We ordered hot and spicy shrimp and potato skins, when they came out - garlic bread was on top of shrimp. I sent it back and was concerned about the skins also not being safe in case it wasn't noted on the ticket. Kitchen lady came out and was rude - said it was fine and that they "could remake" the shrimp if I wanted them to. OF COURSE I want you to especially after explaining celiacs. Salmon came and was tasty until I got to center thicker section and realized it was dark pink and cold-not cooked. The staff took it back and cooked it some more. Never saw a manager (even though waiter said one was coming) or offered to take anything off the bill. I won't be back and you should think twice if you are celiacs.just hoping I don't get sick from this experience :(
