It was wonderful, I was very worried considering the previous reviews but my server calmed my nerves saying they have a gluten-free deep fryer and showing me the menu options, I received no cross contamination and a had very lovely meal.
No gluten free menu, no menu items marked on the regular menu; not many options other than salad or bland meat with no sauce. Even the naturally gluten free corn chips are thrown in the contaminated deep fryer. I will not be back.
The servers are very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. The manager brought the food out separately then all the other food and announced it as gluten free for celiac disease. There was no gluten free menu or symbols on the menu but once asking about the gluten free options there were many options to choose from

I’ve eaten here before without having any issues and was very reassured by my server and manager that it was celiac safe.
The second time I came though, went through all the same procedures but the manager came out halfway through eating my meal to switch the plates saying that the wrong plate was brought out and there was cross contamination possible of one of the ingredients used.
The food is REALLY good, so I’m bummed I can’t trust it anymore.
Server and manager consult with the chef for all food allergies and intolerances. Excellent knowledge of celiac and cross contamination. No dedicated fryer.
I had the chipotle mango chicken. They subbed jasmine rice for the ancient grains (the ancient grains contain barley)..
Delicious food, generous portions (had enough for lunch the next day!). No reactions. Yay!
No gluten free options available when asked. Told either a burger or taco with a lettuce wrap could be made. Chose to go elsewhere for more variety
Great experience. Gluten conscious items are marked in the menu. The manager came to tell me how my meal would be cooked to avoid cross contamination and she explained the substitutions that were necessary. I will definitely be coming back.
Staff was knowledgeable and I had a delicious meal !
