Delicious! Very knowledgeable about gluten-free food you can eat here! We definitely felt taken care of. The waitress even came to tell us there was gluten in the salad dressing so we ordered the soup instead which is gluten-free. We will definitely make it back when visiting Hutchinson again.

They did not have a gf menu but when I called the hostess (who has celiac also) said the server could walk me through the menu options. I got sushi with gf soy sauce that they brought out for me. They seemed knowledgeable and I felt safe eating here.

Hibachi steak is awesome. Gf fried rice is also great. Soup is NOT gluten free, nor is the salad. The staff may still try to offer it to you...be sure to decline.

they have gluten free soy sauce they will use upon request. no gluten free menu but staff are not afraid to check on items for you. so far I have no complaints except that there is no salad dressing option.
