As a celiac I’m gonna miss ramen so much, but this is a really good substitution! The broth was deep in flavor and it was like eating a warm hug on a crisp autumn day. All of the Pho dishes are gluten free. One of the sides (tempura mushroom) contains gluten, and because of this the other side (spring rolls, which are gluten free) get cross contaminated when fried. In other words they don’t have a dedicated gluten free fryer.

Great gf Pho! All Phos are GF and only the two things that are fried were not GF (one because of CC). Staff was very knowledgeable and explained the CC possibility for the fried dish because of the gluten containing spring rolls. I had no issues with CC and really enjoyed my first Pho!

A must go in Copenhagen! There is a very small menu but all the pho is gluten free, and absolutely delicious. I got the classic and it was probably the best pho I’ve had since being gluten free. A bit pricey, but hands down worth it, would definitely recommend if you are in the area (or even if not!) - it is definitely worth the commute. Friendly staff and a cute little eating area.

This is a soup noodle place (pho). The pasta they use is made of rice and there are no ingredients that have gluten. The sring rolls would be also gluten free, as they are made with rice paper as well, however they are fried together with the tempurah which is the only thing that contains gluten in the fast food place. There is nothing written in the menu, however I could talk with the waitress, she knew for sure what has and what doesn't have gluten. I trusted her based on seeing the kitchen as well, as it is an open place. I didn't get sick, however I wouldn't try/recomment the fried spring rolls since the shared oil. Overall I had a very nice experience, a bit expensive for the soup but very tasty.
