Ate there and told them I’m a celiac and need gluten free food and they gave me everything separated from the rest. When they cooked the common food they just made mine first. They were very nice about it and explained everything very good! They also have gluten free soy sauce

I have been here 6 times over the last few years. I have never had a reaction. They cook the gf food first and by itself. The soup came out separately so it was safe. They used gf soy sauce staff was knowledgeable this restaurant is always a lot of fun

They were very accomodating.My server did not understand when I said "Celiac", but once I mentioned gluten he knew exactly what my needs were. He and the chef both asked if I needed gluten-free ingredients or to avoid contact altogether. The chef cooked my meal first before preparing any gluten containing items and I was given a separate bowl of rice. The Bonzai Steak I ordered was prepared with Gluten-free tamari sauce and was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant.

If you ask they will turn on the grill at the table early to make sure there is no gluten left, burning it off. They have gluten free soy sakes upon request, no to many places do that. Staff is very knowledgeable and are very helpful and flexible upon request. Love dining here, a wonderful experience.

Went here with my boyfriend for his birthday & was so pleased with their care & service! Boyfriend & I we’re very concerned about how hibachi would be prepared GF, but everything was cooked & prepared in the back kitchen & was not on a shared cooking surface. I received a different soup than the rest of our table (I had a delicious miso soup & the rest of our table had an onion soup with fried onions in it). When our chef came to our table he told me that he cooked all my meal in the back & that it would come out soon. What I loved most of all was that just like the rest of the diners, my food came out in courses, the shrimp appetizer first then my entree chicken & scallops with ample mixed vegetables. Did not receive noodles (as to be expected) or rice (which was surprising, was looking forward to some rice). All together we would absolutely come back here again for another delicious meal!

They were very knowledgeable and careful. They used gluten free soy sauce and substituted things like the ginger salad dressing for oil and vinegar and fried rice for white rice
