I was underwhelmed. There was only 2 gluten free options available. Chocolate donut and a blueberry crumble bar. I got the blueberry crumble and it was very dry. I asked them to heat it up for me and that helped a little. It did have nuts in it, but that didn't bother me. My husband liked the biscuit breakfast sandwich but alas nothing like that for me. ☹ They did have a separate case for the gluten free food, but they didn't use gloves to get my food out of the case. She did ask me if it was ok for my bar to go in the same bag as my husband's bag.
Amazing experience. All the GF items were in separate display cases on top of the main cases. Most of their milks and flavoring for coffee are made in house. Probably one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long time! I tried a banana muffin and a mocha cupcake and they were both incredible. I can’t have eggs or gluten, so baked goods are a rare treat. I wish I would have taken a photo. The staff was so helpful and kind. I will definitely go back!

I couldn’t eat anything as the gf items are made in the same kitchen and on the same equipment as regular items. Their in house made plant based milks were as well and the soy they have in packages lists all the things it is free of but it does not include gluten free. Not for celiacs but a lovely choice for gf lifestyle folks. I very much appreciated how helpful and aware the staff was even though I was not able to order!
I have not tasted anything that made me sick or was not amazing. They seem to really understand allergies

They typically always have at least one thing gluten free. It’s all very tasty. They do special orders as well if you’re needing a half dozen or dozen(s) of items. They have cupcakes, brownies, cookies, cake donuts, savory biscuits, muffins, and more. It’s all vegan too.
They usually have 2 or 3 gf items, every thing is vegan, it all tastes amazing!!!
Everything is vegan, and they have a nice gluten free selection. I have tried the chorizo cheddar biscuit, brownie, chocolate donut, mint chocolate donut, and blueberry crumble. All have been excellent and I haven’t had any reaction. The staff is knowledgeable about what is gluten free and the items are kept in displays above the non-gf items. Highly recommend trying them out!!
