We stopped on the road. Nobody got sick from gluten. However, the food was greasy and bland except for hot sauce.

Happen to walk by this place in Troy. They just so happen to be serving lots of GF quesadillas that also happen to taste good! Asked about GF safety and cross contamination, and was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a fully GF grill and separate food prep area. Will be back!!! Atmosphere is like a tiny cute diner.

What a treat! We both got the Rueben on GF plain and it was amazing. We also got the Trifecta of Doom. It didn’t come with enough chips to come close to eating the cheese,guac, and salsa so I asked if we could have another boat of chips. They charged me $2.70 for more chips. That’s why this is 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolutely delicious! Got a BIG yummy quesadilla for a superb price. Small up-charge for gluten free tortillas but total came out to around $10 for my meal. It was amazing. Can’t recommend enough! You can order online via Mealeo.

We’ve ordered from here multiple times and it is always delicious and never made us sick! They even have a GF Thanksgiving quesadilla in November! Hard to find a place with gf stuffing and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

I had the Rueben quesadilla on a spinach gf tortilla and it was so good! They cook their gluten free quesadillas on a separate area and pay attention to cross contamination. Really happy there’s a convenient place like this that’s so attentive.

The quesadilla was so delicious I was a little nervous that it wasn’t gluten free. But I am hyper sensitive and had NO reaction. They even say on their website how they have a separate grill and utensils for GF quesadillas (YAY THANK YOU)

Been eating here for two years, celiac diagnosis, and they have not cross-contaminated me once. They have gluten-free tortillas in multiple varieties and they're super consceintious about it. They even have a devoted quesadilla press just for gluten-free folks. They put in the effort.

My son with celiac disease was thrilled to eat here! The quesadillas were delicious! The gluten-free quesadilla comes out on a different color plate so you feel better that they followed through with gluten free.

I have celiac and any amount of gluten can put me down for a week, or worse, in the hospital. I m always afraid to eat out. With that being said, I have eaten here a few times and never have gotten sick. Make them aware it's a allergy and not a diet and I'm sure they will go the extra step.

Amazing restaurant owned by some equally amazing people. They are so conscious of making things gluten free. They have gluten free quesadillas, soups, and even cookies. All the food is homemade and the quesadillas are made to order. I eat there all the time, this is a favorite place!

We were very happy with our quesadillas and pleased they could make anything on their menu with the GF wraps. They also had vegan cheese, so our dairy free needs also met. It's nice to find a place where our family could grab a quick bite to eat and have choices!

They only had one GF tortilla when I went - it was the black bean one. Ordered the pulled pork and pickle one ......... It was so delicious I went back for lunch the next day and got another!

So good. I looked on this website for a new place to eat nearby and celiac boyfriend and I visited this place. It was delicious and there were so many options for us, every quesadilla was able to be made gluten free, including the delicious Reuben that I ordered! Good pricing and friendly staff! I want to start by saying I am extremely sensitive to gluten. Muddaddy Flats is my go to place because everything on the menu is gluten free. Dan understands cross contamination and truly cares about his customers, I feel 100% safe eating there & I almost forgot to mention how seriously good everything is!! I have never once gotten sick from trace amounts of gluten there because Muddaddy Flats is completely safe & delicious! They are the nicest people, don't be afraid to ask questions if you have them.

The staff is very friendly and careful about allergies. They will ask you if you have an allergy before you order a gluten free tortilla so they can clean any residual contamination from the prep space. The quesadillas are delicious. My favorite place in Troy.

They were so great with being careful with contamination. Helpful and friendly employees. And the food was absolutely delicious! Only place I've been able to find all gluten free and dairy free menu/options.. and it actually tasted good and was a decent size for the price
