Review of Muddaddy Flats Quesadillary

I want to start by saying I am extremely sensitive to gluten. Muddaddy Flats is my go to place because everything on the menu is gluten free. Dan understands cross contamination and truly cares about his customers, I feel 100% safe eating there & I almost forgot to mention how seriously good everything is!! I have never once gotten sick from trace amounts of gluten there because Muddaddy Flats is completely safe & delicious! They are the nicest people, don't be afraid to ask questions if you have them.
