While it's a cafeteria style when ordering similar to little beet, I find their seating area more welcoming and elegant.

The food is delicious, but I wish the bowls/plates were bigger. I feel I get a little more food from lb for the same price.

With that said it's very yummy! I've eaten here 3 times and never had an issue - no negative reaction.

Their lentils, Thai curry and kale salads are super good. The cauliflower and noddles were just ok for me - not worth getting over other gf + vegan options. There's more I still haven't tried, but I plan to visit them a couple times a week.

I'd have to guess they either are a newish business or transitioning / growing to hire a lot of new staff- idk. Everyone is friendly and in some cases the senior staff or managers will communicate when someone's is in training and oversees their transactions. If they can tighten up their SOPs and still hire/keep their lovely employees, I can see them growing and doing every well.
