I eat here at least once every other week, sometimes multiple times a week, and have for more than four years. I stay away from the buffet just to be safe. I've never gotten sick and the owner/staff are knowledgeable. Most of the curries and non tandoori items are safe to eat. Just let them know you have a gluten allergy. I recommend the mango desserts and chicken mushroom curry!
