did not have any gluten attack just make sure you tell them you're gluten free. also very delicious!!!

Noodle Express is my go-to restaurant! After being diagnosed with celiac, it is one of the few that has never made me sick. The staff is well trained on avoiding cross contamination and the food is delicious!

Knocked off a star just because I was concerned with a staff members direction. My husband called in an order and said the desired rice and added “or whichever one is gluten free”. The person’s response was that everything in the restaurant was gf so no need to worry! That is not true though. We did order another time and the person said it’s definitely not all gf. So just be aware! The menu is clearly marked and there’s the option when ordering online to mark gf. We’ve eaten there a few times with no issues and it’s all been good with large portions.

Yummy food, they can make my favorite Chicken Osaka GF so that is good. Ate here quite a few times during our visit and never noticed any symptoms from cross contamination. They seem to be very allergy aware and careful.
