I love this place they have the best breakfast burritos! I am Celiac and have eaten here safely each time! As for the kitchen hours they are posted within the building but they continue to serve ready made treats after the kitchen closes. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.

Really unorganized. Kitchen closes VERY promptly at 4. Wished we knew ahead of time so we didn’t search them out and drive forever. We were from out of state.

I have celiacs and I have been a customer here for almost 3 years. I have recommended this place to many GF groups and I have never heard anything bad about them. The lady who left a review before this review, (Kimberly Cunningham) is very much mistaken. We have seen the bakery use gloves and change them often. I clicked on Kimberly's name and has left MANY REVIEWS - ALL OF THEM ARE ONE STAR REVIEWS. Sounds to me like she is one of those people who just finds fault everywhere. I hope this website will remove her review. It does not belong here! And by the way, the gluten free donuts are the best in town. Read ALL the OTHER reviews which are ALL 5 Stars! and go to My Gal Sal and you wont be dissapointed..

Felt very welcomed when I walked in. Felt like they knew me or I was going to a friend's place. They have a case that displays GF, Vegan, Keto. Paleo, etc (all I can remember off the top of my head). Had a GF burrito. OMG best GF Tortilla in Arizona (believe me I have been looking) and the burrito was made to order so it was fresh. Their salsa was yum. They are very accomodating and very nice people. Love that if there is one person with a GF allergy in your group that everyone can come eat here. I will be back. #ThankYouforBeingHere

Excellent lunch find! Gluten free sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas, bbq, paninis, and breakfast foods. Wide variety of gf options. They have a dedicated fryer/pots/pans/cooking area. They have a gluten free version of every dessert you could imagine. The GF fries were some of the best I’ve ever had! Ask for extra crispy fries!

This place is amazing! Upon entering you are greeted with all the amazing deserts you CAN have! And it’s great for groups with multiple diets. I ordered a house burger with fries and the GF bun was good. I also took home a GF desert sampler and loved everything. My boyfriend (no diet restrictions) said he had one of the best burritos in his life: pulled pork burrito (not GF)! The service was also top notch! I’m hoping to make this place my Saturday brunch place.

We are SO glad we stopped! Fabulous gf lunch. My husband enjoyed the tangy BBQ pulled pork sandwich on gf bun with a side of potato salad. I enjoyed their house salad with warm grilled chicken, feta, tomatoes and candied walnuts. Their gf carrot cake was moist and amazing! A delicious, fudgy gf brownie cake pop was complementary with each of our lunches. We bought a half dozen bake-at-home cinnamon rolls that we will freeze and bake on the weekend. No wonder they've won so many awards. Service was friendly and kind; the small, fun eating area as pleasant. Separate oven and prep areas for gf items. We will return ANY time we visit the Phoenix / Glendale areas.

5 Stars aren’t enough! My family is always on the search for great restaurants that support dietary restrictions as my oldest daughter and I are gluten free and dairy free. This restaurant is by far one of the BEST yet. They offer so many delicious options that are made in house with tons of love and attention to all the important details that matter with having Celiac Disease. Sal took the time to talk to us and even gave us tourist tips as we were visiting AZ for spring break. We visited twice in one week and would of gone everyday had we spent the entire week in the city. Thank YOU so much My Gal, Sal. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Phoenix!

My Gal Sal’s is by far my favorite gluten free bakery. Sal has a dedicated gluten free prep area. There are so many yummy dessert options as well as breakfast and lunch items. My family loves it too as they can get get regular bakery and other items while I eat gluten free. She has vegan, Keri and sugar free too. I have a really hard time deciding f what to have.

Very gf knowledgeable. They serve gf and regular food. Separate case for regular food and gf Had a cheeseburger on a gf bun which was ok. A cookie dough cake pop- not my favorite flavor but the only flavor they had left in gf. It came free with a lunch. I bought a vanilla cupcake which was good, a blueberry muffin which I have not tried yet. Everything else I wanted to try was sold out. I’m going to go back next week but I’ll call first to make sure what I want is there! Small restaurant with 4 tables. It is worth going there if you are close enough. People did not stop coming in and out either to sit down for lunch or to pick up breads or muffins or pastries. Very busy! I saw one oven with a big sign on it that said Gluten Free Oven. The owner is allergic to soy so none is used in the store. Yea for me!!!

This is the best bakery in Phx. We used to go to Jewels Bakery till we saw them on tv on the dirty dining report on TV. Shocked at their violations by the Health Department. Happy to find an excellent Bakery close to our house. We loved our GF lunch sandwiches. Best GF Cannolis and Eclairs I have ever had. Excellent customer service. We will be back.

My wife and I came in today to try the lunch or breakfast options and were blown away to find a Gluten Free Breakfast Burrito! I’ve tried ALL the gluten free tortilla options that any place or brand offers but Sal’s homemade GF Tortillas are hands down THE BEST. The texture is perfect, they are soft and don’t fall apart like so many do. The burrito was nice and big! Sal is so amazingly nice and welcoming, the hospitality is bar none. We only eat gluten free, but I can only imagine how great the non-GF food is. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Why did I not know about this bakery. OMG where do I begin. I literally cried visiting this bakery. First time in 10 years I could have a cannoli and eclairs and banana bread with Nutella! Say what?. And their GF pastries taste like real cake. I have had GF cake before that either tastes like sawdust or it made me sick. But not the desserts here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I repeat I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Cute, clean, organized shop. You can see the spotless kitchen. Employees are all dressed uniformly. Owner super nice. You can tell she loves what she does. She spoke with me upon my first visit and then she remembered my name my second visit! Made me feel special Will be back for sure.

Sal's is my happy place. Sal and Mary treat customers like family. The breakfast and lunch offerings have a touch of he cooking that is rare to find, especially when you need gluten-free food. And the baked goods... Heaven. My favorites so far are the breakfast burritos and the club sandwich and those deadly delicious eclairs.

Just discovered this bakery. they have a great selection of G/F desserts, pastry and lots of cake pop flavors. I was very happy to see that besides regular and gluten free desserts they also had sugar free, dairy free and egg items. I was able to buy dessert for me, my mom and dad and a a cake pop for my nephew. The desserts were moist and very tasty. No where else in Arizona can you find a place that sells a variety of desserts for people with allergies. great bakery concept (one stop dessert shop). they also serve breakfast and lunch. We will be back for sure.

Happened to be in the area and found them and liked the reviews here so decided to give them a try. Loaded up on GF desserts. They have a nice selection that is kept seperate from the regular items. Also was VERY HAPPY to see they also have dairy free desserts available (my husband almost had a heart attack when I brought a dairy free cupcake home for him - he licked the plate clean and almost ate the cupcake paper LOL). Now he is craving them everyday lol. The desserts are fresh. The cannolis and eclairs are off the wall and I am pretty sure the banana bread with nutella has crack in it! . We will be back. So happy the westside finally has bakery that has gluten free items that are not frozen or taste like sawdust. We will be regulars here. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and very accomodating (asked if they could put white frosting on the cupcake and they said no problem). the place is spotless. I like that i can see into their kitchen and that they have a GF room and oven. Highly recommend this bakery. We will be back for sure.
