Great nachos and I am not a big nacho person. Got the fajita nachos. Enough for two to share. Told them I have celiac and wheat barley rye allergy. Dedicated frier at this location for chips. They have a separate pan for gluten allergies and change gloves etc. I have heard the other locations not as good in that respect.

Order Uber eats so they were a little soggy. But the taste was great. I got the supreme nachos, typical nacho toppings. They were delicious, I can only imagine if they were fresh. The jalapeños were very fresh, so a little heat/kick in the mouth if you aren’t expecting it.

My daughter went here twice and loved it! She went to the one in Fremont and one on the strip. She has celiac disease, is very sensitive to gluten and cross contamination and did not get sick! They were very knowledgeable and the GM said they take pride in their servers and staff knowing and understanding food allergies, etc.

Message-

Our procedures for ensuring that there is no cross contamination on any allergies is something that we take a lot of pride in. For anyone that has celiac disease I always recommend our Nachos. The only thing that goes into our chip fryer is corn tortillas. We also utilize special pans and tools that are specific for the allergy to ensure there is no cross contamination. Our Kitchen manager is the one who prepares the dish and then it is delivered by a manager to ensure the safety of the dish.

All items that are marked GF in our menu are safe to consume. Some of our dishes can also be modified to be Gluten Free. A manager will assist you and make recommendations to ensure that the best menu item is chosen.

Amazing experience at Nacho Daddy this evening.

Our server, Andrea, was fabulous. The entire team was great. Kitchen was advised of Celiac/Gluten “allergy” and our food never touch the main “pass” and was delivered to our table by the first available server. She identified our food as “gluten allergy” when setting it down.

The “all you can eat” nachos and salsa are totally worth it. We even got a “doggy bag” of fresh chips and salsa to go with our leftovers.

Celiac? Just say No! I trusted the reviews on this ap for this place and also felt confident after talking to waitress and management. But… I got so incredibly sick. It’s been a week and I am still so sick from this place. I’m a sensitive celiac and usually do well, but the last week has just been absolutely awful for me. All we had were Nachos and water. So good! My gluten/dairy eating husband couldn’t stop raving about the vegan trio once it was placed, by the manager, on our table. The margaritas were great. I came during happy hour and ordered the enchilada nachos which could be made gf without enchilada sauce and they used a delicious substitute sauce. Nachos were $10 at happy hour and more than I could eat. House made tequila margaritas are $8 at happy hour. All was delicious!

Tested filet mignon nachos with my NIMA Partners gluten sensor and they were gluten free. HANDS DOWN BEST NACHOS I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! Amazing food and very knowledgeable staff! Most of the nachos were gluten free and there were a couple of taco options as well. I got chicken nachos and told my waiter that I was gluten free. He said that the kitchen would make sure there was no cross contamination and the dish itself came out by a manager with a special gluten free label on it. The wait staff knows exactly what to do. The servings of Nachos were HUGE.

Multiple GF options with a server staff aware of cross contamination issues. Also super willing to check & confirm GF aspects. Food tasty & good serving sizes. Brunch meal of steak omelette & spicy shrimp nachos on spinach/corn chips w tons of food to go. Woukd definitely recommend & will personally return.

Nachos were absolutely amazing. I had the pork carnitas nachos and they did not disappoint. It’s the next day and no typical symptoms of being glutened!

The main menu is clearly marked on GF options. The staff were really knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations. There was lots of options and it was really reassuring. Was very comfortable and happy to eat and enjoy the food here. One regular customer added to their list.
