So good! Tons of GF options on the menu. Menu clearly marked.

Clearly marked gluten free menu. Food and service was awesome. We split the hamburger nachos and had cider/margaritas. Would definitely go again.

We ate at the bar. Our bartender, Savannah, knew all about food allergies and helped us with some substitutions and modifications to what we ordered. Then the operations manager, Landon, came out to visit us to make sure they had everything down, and assured us the kitchen staff would keep our meal separate and use gloved hands with separate utensils. Food was delicious. Great experience!

I went to this restaurant because of the great reviews here, especially the mention of DF queso and sour cream. The waitress was very helpful—told me the enchiladas could be made GF if the green sauce was eliminated. Unfortunately, I didn’t think the results tasted very good—I didn’t care for the red sauce. More important, I think I got glutened—I have a stomachache today.

Delicious. Hubby (not GF) and I shared the Fiesta Nacho. Not only do they have DF queso but also DF sour cream. We both enjoyed it and I felt fine (and full) after.

Ate here two times because the nachos were so good and because we could easily split the entre between two people and both be very full. Ordered the carnitas nachos once and the tostada nachos and queso the other time.

I have celiac disease and had the best time at Nacho Daddy. My waitress (Daisy) was so kind and understanding. She asked questions to better understand my situation and helped me. She went and talked to the staff to assure no cross contamination. I felt so comfortable and cared for. The food was top notch and the service was absolutely first class. Daisy made my day and week.

I have eaten here 2 times already on vacation. Service was absolutely the best we’ve had in Vegas. And the food is so fresh. Enormous portions!!! Highly recommend. Good place to get away from all the fast food or fancy places

Server (April) was a 5/5 - super nice lady who was knowledgeable about some gluten free options and was attentive to serving us. Food - 3/5 food tasted very good, warm, not too delayed but nothing special. We had the guacamole and chips plus the steak tostadas nachos. Drinks - 3/5 good drinks but again nothing special. Gluten free - 3/5 even though they have a bunch of GF items the risk of cross contamination is high and I ended up feeling a little sick. Not too bad but still not pleasant.

I ordered the nachos and queso. The manger came out and talked to me. He informed me that the kitchen manager would be preparing my meal. They have a separate fryer for the nachos. Most of those nachos are gluten free they have grilled wings that are gluten free. Food was really good. The server was also very knowledgeable about gluten allergies.

Lots of gluten free options chips in a dedicated fryer. Manager came out and told me the kitchen manager will be making my food to make sure there is not cross contamination. We has the triple dip, corn and fiesta nachos were delicious, large portions enough to share.

Use extra caution!!!! Speak to your server about GF options before ordering!!! We reviewed the menu online using a QR code at the restaurant and there are many options marked GF. The kids meal is on a paper menu and the nachos are not marked GF even though they have many of the same ingredients as the larger selections that are marked GF. I spoke with a manager who said the yellow queso is not GF, only the white is. When I asked why items with yellow queso are labeled GF, he said they don’t update the menu often and kind of shrugged it off. I was really nervous about feeding my son here. The chips are GF and cooked in their own fryer, celiacs can enjoy chips and salsa and feel like part of the group which is wonderful! The GF queso is delicious as well and a kid friendly place is always a plus which is why I have 3 stars. Use extra caution at this place!!!

The nachos are phenomenal. Ate here three times in one week because they could take care of my food issues. Loved every bite. Service was great. Also had the queso dip, guacamole and shrimp. Yum!

I hade the Mexican corn off the cob, enchilada nachos with a pitcher of white peach margarita. It tasted soooo good!! I didn’t have any problems. The menu was marked with “GF”. I am gluten sensitive. I wouldn’t consider myself super sensitive to gluten but I know within 15 minutes of consuming.

Our server Karli was awesome and super helpful with food options. The restaurant has lots of vegan choices as well. I have a dairy allergy so it’s always a little trickier. I had gf/vegan queso and chips! It’s been more than 2 yrs and it was good! Also got a basic salad. The only option for dressing for me was an onion vinaigrette and I didn’t love it, I’m not a big fan of vinaigrette dressings. There are options if you’re just gf. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I woke up with a mild migraine and not sure if it was the food or something else that caused it. I do have other migraine triggers. I’d eat there again if I’m in Vegas because I love all the options and they seem knowledgeable.
Nacho Daddy on the Las Vegas Strip is NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. They do NOT have a dedicated fryer so everything has cross contamination. So disappointed because the one on Fremont Street in Las Vegas was celiac friendly. What a bummer, because we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated at the restaurant.
Enjoyed some awesome nachos! Staff showed me the menu with GF food clearly labelled. Chips are cooked in a separate fryer. She said any fish (or any other fried food) is not safe though as it's cooked in a shared fryer.
Yes
The fryer for chips not dedicated, so most things that show gluten free are not because no dedicated fryer.
No
Tons of tasty and clearly labeled gluten free options. The nachos are amazing!!
This place was amazing! Lots of vegan/ vegetarian options. The waitress spoke with 3 people in the kitchen and they all assured her the chips are fried separately. I had cheese enchiladas and they were delicious! I’m very sensitive and had no reaction. Hope to eat here again!
Yes
We had the Supreme Nachos and Mexican Corn. Soooo good! That was the best Mexican Corn (elotes) we have ever had. I wish I had a Nacho Daddy’s in MN! The menu has all the GF items marked. They have lots of different nachos to choose from. I did not ask about a separate fryer, but so far I’m just fine after eating there. I am NOT highly sensitive to cross contamination.
Great vegan/vegetarian and gluten free options!
**NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY AT ALL**
Was told that their chips are NOT cooked seperately by the host, our server AND the manager. When I asked if they could fry some torilla seperate in a pan for the chips he told me that the kitchen didn't have time to prepare that for me. The time was 3hr before close.
Service was very slow. There were bugs everywhere inside and outside. Margarita was mediocre.
Truly dissapointing experience.

Delicious, highly stacked nachos. We shared two types of nachos for three GF people, and it was plenty! We got the enchilada nachos with pulled chicken, and the vegan nachos. Told the kitchen about gluten free and they were knowledgeable without needing to say much about kitchen precautions. Highly recommend!!!
Updated review: went back for another round of the same food. This visit, the server told us as a disclaimer that in the mornings, flour tortillas are made in the same fryer that the chips are made. She didn’t seem sure, and I asked the person who delivered our food who could not really respond. We loved the food and the margaritas, I didn’t get sick from ordering from the GF menu, and I’m still satisfied with the whole experience.
Delicious! Great menu with GF clearly marked. Knowledgeable staff. Chips are cooked separately from gluten. We'll have to try their breakfast items next time!
Yes
Gf marked on the menu. Very good food, nice atmosphere.

I was really excited to try this after reading the reviews, but when I said I have celiacs, they said everything has a high risk of cross contamination and recommended that I not have anything other than the white cheese dip and chips - which was so-so.
