Best gluten free bbq sandwich! Owner and staff are highly trained on how to keep food celiac safe. Fell very comfortable eating here!
I have never gotten sick here, the food is good. You’ve got to tell him ahead of time about Gluten-free so they don’t put cornbread on your tray.
The brisket is awesome! I like to get it chopped. They chop it in a different area away from other foods.

We ate here twice while on our trip to Great Wolf Lodge. The food is so delicious. And I didn't get sick either time. Super friendly and accommodating staff
Celiac. All the meat, sauces and sides except Mac and cheese are GF. There were two on the food line and both changed gloves when I told them I had Celiac. The food was really good and wonderful to eat feeling safe. I don’t live anywhere near, but I will make this my Barbecue go to; worth the drive
Great BBQ! GF was prepared in the back. Had pulled chicken and coleslaw! Can’t wait to go back!!
Staff knowledgeable about menu and precautions. Asked if gluten free was preference or allergy. Washed hands and changed gloves. Will definitely be going back.
