Review of NakedQ BBQ

All meats are gluten free, and they offer a GF (Udi) bun. Everything except for the obvious (Mac n cheese and cornbread) is gluten free including sauces (which as their name suggests you add yourself). Bun was different from any other Udi bun I've had, very good, and pulled pork and ribs are good. Skip the creamy Cole slaw, it's mediocre. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable, they even bring out the GF bun separately to your table after they prepare it, but I had a mild gluten fog headache (no stomach ache, yay).
