Staff are very knowledgeable about the menu, and provide guidance. They seem to take it seriously, even sometimes will bring to ingredients list to double check if they are unsure. Gluten free soy sauce is available, and the kitchen can modify some dishes to use it. I have eaten here several times and never had a problem.
