Great to be able to eat chips!

Always have a good experience at Nando’s. Menu clearly marked and a manager always takes an allergy order.

Little tricky sometimes working the allergen guide but really good food and feel really safe eating there

I walked in and asked for gluten-free. The manager took care of me and read off a list of gluten-free items they have. While the burgers and breaded items aren’t gluten-free, I was able to order fries and chicken thighs. My order came with a little flag that said “allergy” on it. While I don’t know the extent of cross contamination in their establishment, I’m normally pretty sensitive to gluten and did not feel sick from their food. Very tasty chicken! I would recommend to others.

Nandos is one of the best places to eat GF in my opinion. They are very diligent about always having a manager take your order, they clean the whole grill before use, and your food comes out flagged with the allergen. There’s also a wide variety of options (well, as much variety as there can be at a chicken restaurant), and the food is really good - I am celiac and have never been glutened here.

Reliable chicken chain that has a thorough allergen menu. The manager takes your order to ensure that it goes through as an “allergy order” where staff will change gloves/equipment and dishes come with a gluten free flag.
Super affordable too. I usually get chicken thighs, peri chips and salad.
