I was very disappointed with the meal I received here. I ordered the tuna steak sandwich, and because I stated that I had a dairy sensitivity, they refused to give me the gluten free bun because of this. I had two tiny pieces of tuna that were too well done (very dry) without a bun. Very disappointing. Had to go grab another snack after leaving.
Had a great meal. My server was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free and had some great recommendations. Would go back when in town next.
Terrible accommodations for allergies. Staff is not only very ill advised about their menus but special ordering is nearly impossible due to the customer service skills/friendliness obviously lacking!
From an email inquiring about gluten free options: "Thank you for thinking of coming to Napa Valley Grille. Depending on whether you are in at lunch or dinner we have a several items on our menu that are gluten free. We also are happy to modify most of our existing menu items to meet your dietary restrictions. Let us know when you are coming so we can be sure to have a table ready for you."
