My teen celiac daughter ordered the gluten free cheese pizza and said it was the best she’s ever had. The waitstaff was extremely knowledgeable about how her food should and would be prepared safely for her! We went back a second time and had a great experience both times!

They confirmed they use a separate pan and cutter. My young daughters enjoyed the pizza, but I recommend the freestyle over margharita because it will be cheesier. So far, she feels fine.

The staff was knowledgeable. They had a shared over but dedicated space in the oven... I didn’t get sick so I guess it works. The food was delicious too!

I was told at two locations they cook their GF pizzas directly on the oven floor next to G pizzas. Nothing underneath them. I have been ok with a salad.

I was disappointed. The reviews on this app made it sound like they make gf dough. However, my husband brought it home & I could tell by the perfectly round pie with the ridges on the bottom that it was the same old frozen junk that you get at every place that offers gf pizza. We called, and sure enough, they don't make their own and "never have" due to the "incredibly complex task it is to make gf dough..." Blah, blah blah. Also acted like my husband was unsophisticated when he returned a burnt pizza- "it's not burned, it's wood fired." No, it was all black on the bottom- that's burned.

The good: according to my server, cross-contamination is minimized by wrapping the pizza in foil while cooking it.

The bad: I guess I'm not a fan of "artisanal pizza" which has splotches of big cheese balls and thick pepperoni. Plus my girl's soup was cold. And the water was lukewarm and served from a container with dried pizza sauce.

If you want your pizza like Pizza Hut, this isn't for you. I don't want my pizza like Pizza Hut. This is fantastic!

Napolese has a separate surface and a particular area in their brick oven for gluten-free pizzas. They are generally very knowledgeable, and our celiac kiddo has never had a problem with their pizza.

Loved their gf pizza crust! The waitress was knowledgeable and told me that they have their own button for Celiac to push to alert the kitchen of our needs. Had no reaction and really enjoyed my food here!
