My husband has celiac. We were going to the restaurant with a large group. We stopped in advance to discuss food prep with the manager. We saw the gluten free menu and were assured they could safely handle food preparation. He began eating and the food was tasty. However, he found a piece of pasta in his vegetables. The staff was concerned and kindly did not charge us for our meals. We think the veggies might have been cooked with pasta water because he had a rather severe reaction. We will not be returning.
