Amazing food! I've never tried to eat vegan but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this all was. Seriously tasty and really filling. I spoke to the woman at the counter and she said they would change gloves, utensils, and work surfaces when preparing my food; I have celiac and am very sensitive but I didn't have a reaction to anything. However, some of their gluten free menu items are fried in a non-dedicated GF frier so be careful when ordering!
UPDATE: I tried eating here again on my last trip and I was very sick. I wouldn’t risk it when there are so many other gluten free options in the city.

Food was delicious but I got sick. Possible cross contamination
No
For being a health foods place, they really did not have many gluten free options. Options are marked on the menu, mostly just a few salads without things on them. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about what was and was not safe and there’s cross contamination.
No
Given their reputation for vegan and clean eating lifestyles, was expecting more gluten free options on the menu. There were only a couple salad options.
Cross contamination
No
As a restaurant, independent of GF options, their food is very good, especially considering it is all vegan. They do offer a GF menu, but they state clearly on their menus and in their restaurant that they do NOT use dedicated equipment for allergy purposes. So use caution when eating here.

I got sick after eating here.
Really clear labels, didn't get sick after and good food. Only issue is it feels a little to healthy.
Yes
Some gluten free options are marked but they don't have a gluten free fryer so many things that are marked gf are not actually safe.

Very friendly and helpful service. Explained the restaurant does not a dedicated fryer - so some of the items marked as gluten-free are not celiac safe. However, there were options on the menu that could be made gluten-free with a high degree of confidence there would not be cross contamination.

NOT Celiac safe, all food cooked on shared equipment with shared utensils.
This used to be an amazing place with friendly staff to eat a safe meal. Now not only are there less GF options, but it seems there are no longer any extra precautions taken to ensure the meal is safe for Celiac when requested. The quality of service in general has also deteriorated greatly in the past 5 years or so. I’m sad that this place we used to love is no longer recognizable.

A bunch of things on the menu (fries, etc) are listed as gluten free but are made on the same fryer as gluten items. Make sure to double check if your food is actually gluten free!
