Their cafe/smoothie bar offers some good GF options, but do not guarantee that there is no cross contamination. It was a little upsetting to see that my gluten sandwich was heated up in the same grill as my partner’s sandwich. While I understand there is a high chance of contamination, there is always room to help reduce the risks as much as possible.

This store is my new place to grocery shop. They have a wide selection of health/naturopathic options as well as many GF items. It is a bit more on the pricey side, I would say about $3-4 more per item than big brand stores. But you have so many options available to you. Definitely worth stopping in to have a look.

We like how their gluten free items are now clearly identified. It really helps finding celiac friendly products quicker.

I've never been to the cafe, likely never will, but they sell the best GF flour! Namaste! And they have so many interesting GF goodies all over the place.

Great deli!! Always a variety of gluten free salads and usually GF soup. They also have chocolate "bon-bons" for a sweet treat with your coffee. Haven't tried the sandwiches but everything seems to be made with care. Very knowledgable about gluten free.
Great variety of sweet gf treats!
