Navajo Grill

We go to Fredericksburg every year for a couples golf trip. Navajo has always taken extreme caution when preparing my meal. We ask for the same waitperson every time. I’ve never gotten sick and I’m celiac. I’m also dairy and soy free. We are headed back there and will eat there soon. Already have our reservation.

My husband and I placed a to-go order for our anniversary. The manager took our order and I informed her that I had to order gluten free because of Celiac. She quickly recommended the salmon. Not being familiar with the menu, I went off of her recommendation and ordered the salmon. When we got to our Airbnb with the food, I noticed that the side to the salmon included farro (which is straight up wheat). This was extremely disappointing because the salmon was touching the side so it was contaminated. This makes me think that the staff is not educated on the menu and do not completely understand what contains gluten.

No gluten menu, I think it's a new owner only told salmon was 100% gluten free. Expensive and overcooked. my husband and I both had to send our food back. They over cooked his steak so he had to ask me to get a napkin to spit it into he could not even chew it. Would not ever go back

Knowledgeable staff and delicious food. They did not have a gf menu, but the waitress did not hesitate to ask the chef questions and knew the menu well. We had an enjoyable meal with no issue.

Phenomenal choice! Knowledgable and friendly staff. Food was awesome, and a gluten free dessert!

I had the duck fried rice and my sister had the filet with asparagus with Yukon gold roasted potatoes. It was all delicious and our waiter was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. Definitely would recommend this restaurant.
