Hyperabad House has become my #1 go-to for Gluten Free dining in Franklin. Nearly their entire menu is GF. I've eaten here i'd guess close to 100 times now and i've never once gotten sick. When I first started going here, I would always ask them to make sure the things I was ordering were GF, since I'm not up to speed on Indian dishes and ingredients. They would always make sure to inform me of any dishes that might not be GF. And they know this stuff, there isn't any indecision. They know if it's safe or not. I've ordered to-go here many times as well, and I always mention GF in my order in case I've ordered something new that I am not sure of, and if it's not GF< they will leave it off of my order and inform me when I pick it up that the thing I ordered was not GF and that is why it's not included.

And now let's talk about the food. IT IS AMAZING!!!! I had no idea that Biryani could be, or was supposed to be, so delicious. The aroma, the flavor, the textures.. It is all just off the charts. Really some of the best food i've ever eaten. I will caution you to be careful with the spice levels. They aren't joking. If you order a 5, it's going to be hot!

My non-Celiac wife and kids also love this place. The kids (one is Celiac) love coming here, or ordering out from here. Their food is very approachable and easy to enjoy. It's not complicated, it's just very very good.
