There is an allergen chart online, but it did not match the one in the restaurant (perhaps not updated). The allergens included on the chart are gluten, dairy, and nuts. Foods are also noted as vegan and vegetarian. Soy is not listed. The rice option as a base is not gluten free and the falafel is fried in the same oil as gluten foods. There are salad items that are gluten free and the lamb, chicken, beef and hummus, are gluten free, although the beef and chicken also contain dairy. There is no gluten free bread/pita.
They have a chart which shows which items are gluten free, dairy free etc… you can find something no matter what your allergy. The lamb, falafel and cauliflower were all gluten free. You can get a great bowl or salad.
Best gluten free place I’ve seen. Actually there’s a giant allergen menu opposite the counter, and the menu over the counter is also clearly marked.
You’re stuck with bowls since the main options are wraps and skewers. You can have basically all the meats and vegetable choices, including two types of falafel.
Just tell them you’re not having the pita break when they offer at the register. You can dine in. One table outside.
No bathroom!
Closed on Sundays. Otherwise open until 8 pm.
