The staff was knowledgeable and the chef uses corn starch for thickening cream sauces. We had two different seafood based pasta dishes, salads, and cream of mushroom soup. With the gluten free sauces and gluten free pasta there were several options. The texture of the pasta was great with a linguine style. The food was tasty and it was a very pleasant experience. We didn’t have dessert but I believe the gelato would be a great option.
