Fantastic night! Ralph and his wife have created a fun and edgy gluten free with amazing beers! Huge variety including two pumpkin beers and a raspberry stout! This place was worth the two hour drive and we will be back. If you are celiac and miss draft beer make this a priority.

Very nice place! The bartender was very friendly and discussed the safety of their beers. My family members who eat gluten enjoyed the beer as well!! Definitely a must see if you’re missing beer on a gf diet

Delicious gluten-free beer on draft made with ancient grains including quinoa, millet, rice, and buckwheat. Great selection of gluten-free snacks too! As someone with celiac disease, it was wonderful to enjoy beer on draft! Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve had celiac disease for 11 years and have never tried beer before. I can safely say that I felt more comfortable than ever having any drink I want here without questioning. They were very reassuring of how trustworthy and gluten free everything was and for someone who is very skeptical and nervous with gluten, I’ve had the best experience here (all beer made with quinoa, millet, buckwheat and rice, no gluten in the brewery process whatsoever).

NY’s first ever dedicated GF brewery! Never really been a beer person but when I found out this place was opening in my town I had to check it out. The staff is so friendly & welcoming and their beers were tasty! All of the bar snacks they serve are GF as well. If you come during the fall, you’ve gotta try their sour pumpkin beer!!
