The staff is sure to ask if it’s an allergy or a preference and makes sure the area is not contaminated when making the sandwich. The GF bread is actually very tasty. Also the GF brownies are amazing!! I have a nut allergy also and it’s hard to find good GF baked good that don’t use nut products as well
