Great food! Most things are naturally gluten free and staff let me know what was made with corn tortillas and what was made with flour.

Very accommodating and open to questions. Their birria menu items are typically served on flour tortillas, but when I told them I had celiac they were able to make a birria quesadilla on corn. They noted the corn tortillas are standard for most other menu items.
