Staff had no idea if they had gluten free options. (Including the kitchen staff) They were very friendly but I definitely did not feel safe eating there.

I an highly allergic. Their menu is not marked so you have to go to the web site and it is very informative. The red white and blue salad was wonderful and I had no reaction.

Excellent huge salads. The staff are not very knowledgeable about GF, but the chain has an extensive allergens list: http://m.nutritionix.com/newks-eatery/portal

Newk’s is normally a great place to get a GF salad. However this location put croutons in my salad and then the manager pushed back instead of apologizing when I took it up to the counter. Do not go to this location.

The cauliflower crust pizza was great. No issues. I had this pizza: Portabella Veggie Baby Portabella mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers, red onions, mozzarella, basil pesto, topped with fresh basil. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.

The main menu displayed doesn't include labeling for gluten friendly items, but the website was easy enough to navigate to figure out what was safe. Had the full size Garden Salad with balsamic vinaigrette (vegan) with no issues. Newk's is one of our trusted places to eat when we travel & this location was great for us. Friendly service, too. Would return when coming through Meridian next time.

They gave a “gluten-friendly” menu. Five different salads. Cauliflower crust based pizzas. GF salad dressings. Greek salad worked fine, as expected. Works well if all you want is a salad.
