Had an amazing dinner here, completely gluten free so very safe. The menu has a lot of variety so there’s almost too much to choose from. The food is delicious but the NFC bucket and focaccia were the highlights for me! The onion rings are also not to be missed A must visit for anyone travelling to London!

Niche was one of my first gluten free restaurants I went to in London - fitting, because it was one of the first to be accredited by Coeliac UK. It’s entirely gluten, nut, and sesame free, while being accommodating for other dietary restrictions. I personally love their schnitzels, the Niche fried chicken, and the parmesan donuts, as well as some of their savoury pies. This remains a wonderful 100% gluten free option near King’s Cross and Angel.

I’ve heard they have a solid Sunday roast, though have yet to try it myself.

I will say, since I moved here their portion sizes have become a bit smaller, while maintaining prices, and some dishes using their shortcrust pastry have been using less of the pastry itself and have gone from full pies to pot pies. I also ordered a side of potatoes and was given a grand total of five baby potatoes. This hasn’t impacted their entire menu - for example, their schnitzels are still properly huge - but it is noticeable.

I’d still recommend Niche for their food safety and range of great gluten free dishes!

My boyfriend and I have been multiple times and we love it! He heard about it while he was taking cooking lessons at Leith’s Cookery School. There is a lot of variety on the menu and everything we’ve tried so far has been delicious. I personally loved the lamb roast with Yorkshire pudding on their Sunday menu and my boyfriend loves their burger. We have yet to try any of the desserts though because we keep stuffing ourselves with their delicious apps! The only thing you need to be aware of is that it’s a small space. Every time we’ve been, brunch, lunch, and dinner, it’s been packed. So make a reservation and prepare to talk loudly!

The best meal I’ve had in London so far. As a person who is strictly gluten free and dairy free… I had so many options I didn’t even know where to start!! The bread sampler and the pot pie is what I decided on - and I couldn’t be happier!!! Loved this place and highly recommend to anyone, gluten free or not! My non-restricted husband even loved his dish!

Very cute restaurant where as a celiac, I needn't worry about a thing. The menu is veried and of high quality and they do versions of traditionally glutenous items exceptionally well. The focaccia and fried chicken have to be tried to be believed. Unfortunately the apple & berry crumble doesn't work: it's powdery.

I am celiac a CD my daughter is dairy free. She had the burger with vegan cheese and i had the potato cake with onion rings. We started Ted 2c amazing apps, sourdough and balsamic and olive oil as well as focaccia... amazing, easy and delicious experience. Very knowledgable wait staff regarding allergens.

Can’t say much more than others—this meal was unbelievably good. I could have eaten three plates of the short ribs had I not already filled myself on appetizers. The joy of being able to eat every single thing off the menu, not have to even mention celiac to the waiter, eating off the plate of every person at my table, those things cannot be quantified.

Very nice restaurant! The cheese doughballs were DIVINE and the duck, chicken and festive pie mains all very good! Lovely service too. Found it a bit expensive but that’s probably just London prices, would say it’s a lovely spot for a special meal.

Niche is SO amazing. The first time I got a hamburger and the sesame seed bun was amazing!!! The onion rings, beer battered fries, fried chicken, and bread are AMAZING!!! Everything was delicious and gluten-free. It was so nice to finally be able to choose anything of the menu! Highly recommend!!!

My time at Niche was truly delightful. As someone with celiac, dining out often comes with anxiety and limited choices. The whole experience at Niche was so wonderful. I have celiac, and dining out is fraught with fear and very limited options. It's so reassuring to know that I'll be safe eating the food and to have so many options. For drinks, we had the rosemary old fashioned (very smooth and herbaceous) and the sidecar (so juicy!).The bread plate was wonderful -- my favorite was the butter on the rolls, and my partner loved the rye. For dinner I had the pot pie, and I could cry how flaky and buttery the pastry was. I haven't had something so flaky since my diagnosis. My partner had the lamb, and we both thought it was some of the best lamb we've had. Service and location also excellent! Must go again

Interesting options for all different types of dietary needs (though it’s all GF!). I’d say the appetizers and entrées are all pretty good, but the dessert is just OK. My wife and I went for Sunday lunch - I had the traditional roast beef while she enjoyed a mushroom pie - both accompanied by well cooked veggies and roast potatoes. The food was deleicious and a small selection of really tasty gf beers on the menu rounded out our meal. Highly reccommended.

This place is amazing! The food was so fantastic and even my non-celiac spouse loved it. It was the best food we had during our trip. I had the Glamorgan Potato Cake and he had Butter Chicken Pie. Perfection on a plate for both of us! And being dedicated GF with local foods, it was fresh and delicious.

So glad we made a trip here while in London. Staff were very kind and the entire restaurant is gluten free. I had chicken tenders with roasted rosemary potatoes and the cheddar biscuits, my husband who is not a celiac had the beef roast and said it was the best he’d ever had. Loved this little spot!

Fully gluten free menu. I have coeliac disease and ate here safely. Would 100% recommend the NFC chicken and parmesan doughnuts. Had the burger and braised beef for mains and they were both great too. The restaurant was lovely and cosy, staff were very friendly and attentive. Wonder GF meal here thanks to my wife finding it on our London trip. Entirely GF and certain allergens free as well. Amazing breads, mac & cheese, tarragon pie, brownie. All amazing. A must if you are near Angel Tube stop area.

Loved this British restaurant! Our kids (ages 12 and 15) have Celiac and ate safely here. The food is delicious! 100% gluten free!
