Great atmosphere and bar, fantastic spot for drinks but not at all Celiac safe. Ive been glutened multiple times here after being assured by the owner and front end staff that the kitchen is aware of safe food handling practices to avoid cross contamination. Have gotten sick from simple salads or “safe” dishes, and most recently found a non GF piece of spaghetti in my gluten free penne after being told they use separate cooking water and utensils. A definite NO.

I called ahead to see if they would be able to prepare the gluten free chicken parm by pan frying in lieu of the deep fryer. It was delicious. However, my gluten free penne came with stray spaghetti and I was sick before the check came. I will stick to safer options in the future.

I went to this restaurant because I read some reviews which said it was safe. Ordered an eggplant parm which I was told could be prepared gluten-free. The eggplant was supposed to be on gluten-free penne pasta. I started eating and quickly found some spaghetti noodles in my plate. I showed the waitress and she was apologetic and took away my plate to make a new one. Second plate came back with linguini. Needless to say I didn’t even eat it. Unfortunately, the couple of bites I took were enough to make me seriously sick. Would not recommend to anyone with Celiac.

Menu was marked “ask about our gluten free options” they had multiple options and the staff is very knowledgeable about what is and isn’t gluten free, this is super helpful!! They made a dish gluten free for me that isn’t necessarily gluten free and it was DELICIOUS...can’t wait to go back highly recommend!

Service was excellent! Everything was delicious. They paid special attention to my dietary restrictions and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Will be back for sure.

Amazing! Chef and waitress very knowledgeable. I had GF DF calamari and shrimp scampi. Beat meal I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to go back!

Love Nicolinos! They have GF pasta, flour and breadcrumbs! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
