I didn't ask specifically about cross contact but the waiter took it very seriously and asked me specifically if I was just a little gluten intolerant or if I can't have any amount of gluten at all, so I didn't feel the need to ask further questions. There were three meals which they could make with zero gluten. I had the fish. It was very good.

Wow what a find! This place has amazing food! The flavor combinations and presentation were outstanding and rival any top notch restaurant anywhere! Seriously one of the best ‘fancy’ meals I’ve had in a long time (and we used to live in wine country CA, and have traveled internationally a lot!). They were very accommodating with gluten free, almost everything being gluten free as is! We would definitely visit again! Yes it’s an expensive dining experience, but at least the food was fresh, mostly local and unbelievably delicious!
