Told staff I was celiac / gluten free. They said no chance for cross contamination and used chocolate upfront for dipping. Found out mid way through they also dip gluten cakes (cheesecake) in same chocolate and I’m now sick. Make sure to request fresh chocolate from the back even if told it’s OK.

They went into the back to use chocolate that was not contaminated. It was delicious
Loved that I could get a healthier treat from this place! They had a few dippers and since the banana is dipped in chocolate there is no cross contamination there. There were 3 gf options to that could be added….toasted coconut, peanuts, gf Oreos. My favorite were the peanuts - toasted coconut was a bit too sweet 😎

SO GOOD! Their dark chocolate is dairy free, and all of their toppings are gf except 1 or 2. They are very safe with cross contamination. They even have gf Oreos. I did not get sick!

Gluten free items weren’t listed on the menu but when I asked, the staff member was able to refer to a sheet of paper posted on the wall that listed items that were safe to eat. You can choose from a vanilla or chocolate ice cream bar or a frozen banana that can be dipped in chocolate coating and then rolled in various toppings (sprinkles, peanuts, pecans, etc). There were a few toppings that weren’t gluten free (ie: Oreo) but those are added last and aren’t contaminated. Also, the chocolate dries quickly so toppings stick to the banana with no cross contamination from toppings falling into other toppings. I have a family member that is allergic to dairy and they were able to accommodate him as well (the chocolate was dairy free, they also have a frozen mango bar). Everyone enjoyed their treat; it was delicious!
