Although there is no GF menu, when I asked I found out that almost everything on the menu was gluten free and the waiter was knowledgeable and willing to ask questions in the kitchen! Enjoyed pho and calamari fried in rice flour.
The pork shoulder is to die for. Always check with the staff about the gluten situation but more often than not most everything is safe to eat. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If there are any doubts they always double check with the kitchen staff. Currently I think the only item not safe at the moment is the pan fried scallion pancake. So right now the fryer is gluten free.
