Not that many gluten free options but the menu clearly shows marks the gluten sensitive options. The smothered tips with a house salad and broccoli was delicious and even came out with a “allergy” toothpick flag
Went there with my family. My sister in law and I are gluten free. She had the balsamic chicken and I had the bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes. The fries are not gluten safe. The waiter was very helpful and we were able to see the items marked for gluten sensitivity on the menu
Staff was well versed in safety. Food delicious will definitely return.

Had a delicious gluten sensitive bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes (contains garlic). The roll was so good I wouldn’t have guessed it wasn’t gluten free.
My wife and I have stopped here twice in the past two years on the way to concerts at Tanglewood. In both cases, she ordered salmon from the gluten-sensitive menu. The manager delivered the food to us personally with a small “allergy” flag. All of the food, gluten-sensitive or not, has been a marked improvement over many of the 99’s we’ve visited in the eastern part of the state. We’ll most definitely return here on our next trip!
They have gluten free options and bring food to table with special tab. She didn’t get sick. Ate the Mexican bowl with grilled shrimp.
Very limited items available. Mediterranean bowl with shrimp. Pretty good. Hamburgers very tasty. Buns available. Didn't get sick.
Just ate one of the best gf burgers in my celiac career!! Great service and good food. Do recommend if you’re looking for some comfort food.
The burgers with the GF bun & side of carrots were delicious. Staff was helpful & made sure food was free of cross contamination. I will be coming back next time I am in town
good variety of gf choices. gf buns for sandwiches. fresh hot food .will visit this northeast chain again.
We were on vacation and our hotel was near the Pittsfield, MA location. We ate there three times in five days!
The staff were very concerned with our well being and good food! The first time, we ordered the food to go and it was so fabulous we went back two more times!
We both ordered off the Gluten Free Menu - the All Star burger with the gluten free buns every time, with the loaded mashed potatoes and/or the loaded baked potato. We even shared a great hot fudge sundae once.
It was wonderful!

I ordered food to go. The person who took my order asked how I wanted my burger then answered for me by saying medium rare. I told her I wanted it medium. She then asked what I wanted for a side. I said loaded mashed...she said mashed potatoes. I again said loaded mashed. At the end of the order, when she repeated everything back, I again corrected mashed potatoes and said loaded mashed. When I picked up my order, I was given what was on the order slip and it was mashed potatoes. I told the gentleman what I ordered and they made it right. After all this, I am now sick.
Been here twice since gf allergy diagnosed! Both times wait staff were sooo nice and concerned and food was excellent best part did not get sick! Great job!
Just as good as other 99s at which we've dined. We are grateful for restaurants that have kid-appropriate GF meals, including GF dessert. (The kids' meals come w free dessert. My kids get small ice cream sundaes for desserts.)

The manager brought out my food and it was flagged with an allergy flag. The food was decent and I did not get sick.
They have “gluten sensitive” items marked on the menu. When I ask for gluten free they ask me if it’s an allergy. I’ve gotten burgers with mashed potatoes and the fajita bowl which is spicy but good. No dedicated fryer.
