Good overall, just a warning the popcorn they bring you isn’t gluten free. I assumed our server who knew I couldn’t do gluten wouldn’t offer us the popcorn if it had gluten. That was my mistake though, I checked online in case before eating it and it seemed okay but I got sick later. I’d still come back just maybe avoid that tempting popcorn next time.
Server we had was very knowledgeable and checked on things she wasn’t certain of. Better selection of entree’s than appetizers or sides but good food and family friendly. We continue to go back.
Great experience. The food was yummy and inexpensive. The waitress we had has Celiac. I asked her a few questions to test her knowledge and she passed with flying colors. Good, simple food.

I think their gf knowledge is mirrored by that of their seasoning skills. Reminds me of the old ponderosa steak chain. As exciting as a library after close.
yes! several GF options. Knowledgeable waitress. I feel safe here and my tummy is happy. Try the Margaritas, are awesome

Service is good, food is good! I had salmon with mashed red skin potatoes and it was fantastic!
Ive always loved 99. so when I had to go gluten free, I was happy to see that they had a gluten free menu. I go there all the time. they're gluten free menu is a separate menu with some great options. they even have gluten free buns for burgers (I always get the Bacon cheese Burger). all you do is ask for the menu and they accommodate you very well. I haven't gotten sick once from this place so they handle your health needs very well and try to keep away from cross contamination. love this place. everyone should go. its the best chain restaurant around for gluten free options and care. five stars!!

They have gluten free options and bring food to table with special tab. She didn’t get sick. Ate the Mexican bowl with grilled shrimp.

They offer gluten-free rolls. The rest of the gluten-free items are labeled for “gluten-sensitive” only. They do not have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a lobster roll on a GF bun, and it was delicious! I am always thankful for GF options.

As much as my family wants to eat here, I get cross contamination nearly every time. It has become my last resort restaurant

I called ahead to verify their protocol for those with Celiac. They said food is prepared in a separate area of kitchen and brought out to the table separately. They stuck to their word and it was a great experience. My daughter had a hamburger with broccoli. It was the best GF bun we have ever tried. If you go to the nutrition section of their website, you can input your allergy and it will provide you with the foods that are safe.

This used to be one of our favorite spots close to home, but ever since they started making people with allergies sign legal paperwork in order to order any food years ago, we have not been back. This is awkward and terrible, and they are losing a lot of business with this bizarre move.
