I’m not sure why everyone else has had so many issues. When I went they were all very knowledgeable. They even came back after I tried to order fries and told me they didn’t have a dedicated fryer and had me choose something that was safe. They have a gluten free beer too, which is rare in my experience.
Yes
I called in an order, told them I have Celiac, asked for no bun. They have GF buns, but I said no bun. Got home, and look and behold, there was a bun. I called them, they said it was probably gf. I went back there to show them... guess what? It wasn't. Grade: F.
Maybe things have changed, but I just moved here, and every time I have been to this restaurant, they have been very accommodating. I've been here several times and gotten burgers with gluten-free buns, steak tips, salad, and so on. I do have celiac disease and have not had a problem with this restaurant in the past year that I have lived here.
Yes
They made a mistake. I ordered a burger WITH NO BUN. I specifically told them that I have Celiac. I took my to go order home... Guess what? There was a bun. Yep. And no, it was not one of their gluten free buns. I had to go back and I still wonder if they just removed the bun and gave me the same meal. I do not think they took me seriously. This isn't an allergy...it's my life, damn it.
Went there with my family. My sister in law and I are gluten free. She had the balsamic chicken and I had the bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes. The fries are not gluten safe. The waiter was very helpful and we were able to see the items marked for gluten sensitivity on the menu
No gluten free menu. Items are marked Gluten Sensitive.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I’ve eaten at many of the locations and have always been treated very well. The staff at this restaurant was courteous and knowledgeable about my gluten-free needs. Food was served by a manager and was clearly marked as an allergy alert meal.

My husband, who is a very sensitive Celiac person, consistently has the gluten free All Star burger without issue. He usually gets mashed potatoes and a vegetable with it. The bun looks like Udi’s, and he says it’s good. He has never gotten sick with this meal. Not sure if other options would be as safe given his sensitivity to cross contamination.
