Nishiki Sushi

Not celiac or gf friendly. The bartender was unwilling to verify what could be made gluten free and did not take my request seriously to make sure the chefs could accommodate. Basically my dish i requested to be gluten free was made normally without omission of gluten and I was bedridden for 24 hours.

They have gluten free soy sauce! And will accommodate with special rolls

I love getting sushi here. They are very accommodating with substituting cooked shrimp for the tempura shrimp in their rolls and always have gluten free soy sauce available.
