This review is actual for the Middleton location they don’t have an option on this app for NG Middleton. Had no idea that this very popular restaurant had a gluten free menu. Not only is it gluten free but they had an entire celiac friendly dedicated kitchen, which is also stated on their menu. They a use soy bean oil fryer and a grill separate from where they prepare other food and to avoid cross contamination. I was incredibly excited to see how many options were available as well. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich (Udi bun) and fries, it was delicious. Also great service and accommodating staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dedicated fryer! Love their french fries here. They take precaution for allergies and the staff is all knowledgeable. I love eating here knowing ill be safe. Many options to choose from!

My celiac son and I ate here with non-Celiac family. Food was delicious. Please note: you have to ask to have tortilla chips fried in gluten free fryer but the nachos are delicious!

We called ahead and were connected directly to the chef. He explained their process to avoid cross contamination (separate cutting board, separate utensils and knives, separate grill area, dedicated gf fryer, hand washing protocol, etc). Our server asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was how we wanted it and safe. My son ate there with no issues and the food was wonderful. We will definitely go back.
